Service Description
Helping beginners play on outdoor pickleball courts to gain confidence and feel comfortable in a oublic court setting. Helps build Confidence – Get hands-on guidance so you feel comfortable stepping onto the public court with any group. Understand Court Etiquette & Play Flow – Know when to rotate in, call the score, and play respectfully in open play settings. Learn to play with more confidence and be competitive. I can do drills, teach footwork, forehands and backhands. Serving and playing games with the group. $35 I provide paddles and balls Adjust to Outdoor Conditions – Learn how to handle wind, sun glare, and different ball bounces like a seasoned player. Cancellation Policy
PICKLEBALL WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING FOR ANY EVENT, CLINIC, CLASS, OR LEAGUE By registering for and/or participating in any event, clinic, class, league, or activity organized by Long Island Pickleball Pros, I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following: Release of Liability I, the participant, or the legal guardian of a participant under 18, hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the Event Director(s), Long Island Pickleball Pros, their officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and facility providers from any and all liability for injuries, losses, damages, or claims resulting from participation in any Pickleball-related activity. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injuries, death, accidents, illnesses (including communicable diseases such as COVID-19), and property loss. Assumption of Risk I understand that participating in Pickleball activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: • Minor injuries such as bruises, sprains, and dehydration • Major injuries such as eye injuries, joint or back injuries, heat stroke, heart attacks, and concussions • Catastrophic injuries including paralysis and death I voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown, associated with my participation. I certify that I am in good health and physically capable of participating in Pickleball events. Indemnification & Hold Harmless I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Event Director(s), Long Island Pickleball Pros, and any affiliated parties from any and all claims, actions, suits, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities (including attorney’s fees) arising from or related to my participation in the event.
